Community ClinicThe Community Clinic offers a wide variety of services to Holmes County residents. These services include immunizations, TB testing, blood pressure checks, childhood lead screening, and head lice checks are provided on a walk-in basis on Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Physical Exams and primary health care services are provided by appointment. These include well child exams, school physicals, bus driver physicals, sports physicals, and work physicals. Women’s health services are offered including pap smears, breast exams and family planning. Primary health services include evaluation and management of chronic disease such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as the treatment of illness. Preventive screening for colon and prostate cancers are available. Confidential testing and treatment of sexually transmitted disease is also available. Fees vary based on services provided. Some fees are on a sliding scale that is based on family size and income.
