Immunization Clinic

Childhood immunizations protect your child against serious disease.  Immunizations are offered Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Holmes County Health District.  Immunizations are also offered at four field clinic sites.  Appointments are not needed.  Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with documentation of guardian status.  Bring the child’s immunization record to the visit.  There is no cost for the childhood immunizations; donations are accepted.  Call for field clinic sites and hours.
