Holmes County General Health District has partnered with Project Dawn to provide Narcan kits to Holmes County residents. Kits are available by watching the video linked below and then filling out the online application OR by calling 330-674-5035 x238.

Anyone applying to receive a free naloxone kit must:
- Watch the above video in its entirety.
- Review the below facts about Narcan.
- Be a resident of Holmes County.
- Provide a valid mailing address or pick up the naloxone in person at: 2600 Glen Drive Millersburg, Oh 44654
The Good Samaritan Law
One call can save a life. The Good Samaritan Law grants immunity for a minor drug possession or drug paraphernalia offense for the person who overdosed AND the person who called 911 to seek help. Even if you already gave someone naloxone (such as Narcan), it can wear off and the person can start overdosing again. So, it’s important to call 911.
